UselessRang up in morning to confirm delivery time and wasn't delivered in window .called again and told go north river first even know they picked up parcel in south and even know less than 20 between each point starting from..Don't pay extra for express doesn't matter and get any quicker!!

We started using Capital Transport from last four months and their service is absolutely amazing. The drivers are so professional and always on-time. The staff always fulfills all the requests regarding the time window or in case of any changes. Special thanks to CHRIS OCKELTON who is so professional and prompt with any requests. After long time, we have found a reliable transport company and looking forward to continue working in the future :)

Samantha at Capital helped to urgently organize two couriers when other well known courier companies could not, and she set up an account in very impressive time to help our company, and our own customers.So far the courier service is amazing, and we have never been turned away or told too busy.

Unprofessional. Shameless company. I would put -100000000 stars! They were supposed to deliver a bag today between 06.00-08.00 am and they didn't. Even though I called at 06.15 am to enquire about delivery and insist that they needed to deliver before 08.15 am max. The lady that picked up the phone said the driver was on his way to the airport?!?!?! seriously? they were supposed to deliver between 06.00 and 08.00 am and they were already late?? very unprofessional! I called again at 08.00, they said the driver had just picked un the baggage. I informed them nobody would be home and that there were not allowed to leave it on my front door, which is what they wanted to do. I offered to either deliver to my work address in Perth CBD or deliver in the afternoon. It was like talking to a brick wall! they said they couldn't change the address because the driver was in the city ?!?!?!? hello? I'm in the city also. Finally a very grumpy and rude lady called me back to ask for my work address and promised me that the driver would deliver before 4.00 pm. Not trusting them at all, I call back at 2.00 pm. Guess what? they returned to the airport and dropped the bag there!!!! Seriously? Disgraceful. Unprofessional. Inefficient. Waste of time, money and resources and the negative impact for me, the client. I would recommend to NEVER use this company.

Capital Transport were utilised by the furniture company to deliver our new filing cabinet. The deliver team were very professional and so polite - they made every effort to place the item carefully and exactly where it was wanted. We thank those guys for their excellent service. Highly recommended!

Capital Transport are awesome to deal with and have been a pleasure to deal with in the 6 years i have used their services.All the staff are amazing and Samantha and Hannah are always ready to jump out and go the extra mile for their clients.Good customer service is rare nowadays especially in large companies so values like this will always keep me coming back.

I don’t usually leave 1-star reviews without talking to a representative from the company first. But I can’t speak to anyone!I organised a mattress to be delivered on a Saturday weeks ago. Yesterday (Friday) they called me and left a voicemail. I called back and the consultant who answered said the person trying to reach me was busy and would call back, who never did.Now it’s Saturday and I’ve found out my mattress is not getting delivered today and absolutely no one in the company can get the item delivered even though it was booked weeks ago. Monday I will only be able to speak to someone so no guarantee the mattress will even be delivered then. So now I don’t have a bed to sleep on because I’m moving into a new house with out bed. What more could I have done?Furious!

We have been liaising with Samantha regarding opening an account as we are currently experiencing delays with our suppliers to get deliveries out on time. Samantha has been so professional, prompt with her replies and very accomodating in arranging a suitable time to discuss.
